Professionals find professionals

Consultants act as responsible experts in our various recruitment services. Our consultants are involved in executive searches and advertised searches, and our psychologist consultants work as experts in various assessment situations.

We work in teams. For each assignment, we appoint a responsible consultant and assisting consultant. The team is complemented by a recruitment assistant who manages the smooth flow of our services and actively communicates with the customers and candidates.

The executive search is based on background research carried out by our research consultants. They gather the necessary information and actively communicate with the candidates.

Consultants

  • Lars-Erik Gustafsson
    M.Sc. (Econ.), consultant

    Has worked in recruitment since 1988, initially as a consultant with client management responsibility and, since 1993, as a partner and consultant with S&S Consulting. He is client-responsible and works in search and selection assignments at senior manager and specialist level.

  • Jan Holmström
    M.Sc. (Econ.), Managing Director, consultant

    One of the founders of the company and a partner, and a board member of the IRC Global Executive Search Partners network  from 1993 to 2009. He has worked in recruitment since 1984. At the moment he has client management responsibility as a consultant in search and selection assignments for senior managers.

  • Henri Kronlund
    M.Sc. (Econ.), consultant

    Has worked in the recruitment business since 2001. He has worked at S&S Consulting as a researcher supporting our search service, and now works as a consultant in search assignments.

    Has worked as a psychologist and consultant in recruiting and assessment assignments. At S&S Consulting she works as a consultant providing recruitment and assessment services and coaches client companies in recruitment-related situations.

  • Sanna Leppäluoto
    MPsych, consultant

    A certified specialist in psychological assessments, and a founder member and partner at S&S Consulting. She has worked in recruitment since 1987 and is a consultant with client management responsibilities for a variety of recruitment and assessment services. She also coaches client companies in recruitment-related situations.

  • Stefan Ottelin
    M.Sc. (Econ.), consultant

    Has worked in the recruitment business since 1997 and as a partner at S&S Consulting since 2006. He has worked at S&S Consulting as a researcher supporting our search service and now has client management responsibility as a search and recruitment consultant in the recruitment of senior managers and specialists.

    Has worked with HR and HRD tasks since 1991 and as a recruitment consultant since 1998. She is experienced in recruitment processes within both international and Finnish organisations. At S&S Consulting she works as a client management-responsible consultant in both search and selection assignments at manager and specialist level.
