IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC), a market leader in the global executive search industry, welcomes Hungary-based Swinburn & Partners as a new member firm. Sylvia MacArthur, president of the Executive Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners, comments:

The Budapest-based executive search firm provides middle and senior management executive search services to the regional subsidiaries of leading multinational corporations. Clients include Azelis, Tetra Pak, Alfa Laval, Kraft, Robert Bosch, Visteon, BAT, GSK, Q8 and Lindström. The majority of our placements are within the local subsidiaries of multinational companies. Until early 2009, the company held a licence to operate within the Boyden group. In April 2009, the company became independent and extended its coverage throughout Central & Eastern Europe. This move recognised our clients’ needs for a single point of contact and consistent standards for searches throughout the region. In August 2010, the firm launched a separate recruitment division.
