Expanding executive search alliance

IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC), an alliance of executive search firms and a market leader in the global executive search industry, welcomes The Prout Group as a new member firm. The Cleveland-based company has special expertise in financial services, industrial and manufacturing, and professional services. Through an affiliation with Avery James, the Group also provides an engineering and technology specialty.
“This premier US company’s commitment to diversity, combined with its proven research and assessment models, further enhances IRC’s global, cross-border business,” says Sylvia MacArthur, president of the Executive Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners. “The Prout Group fits really well with IRC’s global executive search boutique focus,” she adds.
