S&S Consulting is a Finnish recruitment company owned by partners, specialising in executive and key person searches and advertised searches. In connection with search services we perform aptitude assessments. We also carry out various personal assessments and support organisations in different change situations.

Our experience and versatile business and recruitment expertise is used by both Finnish and international companies and associations. Our long-term customer relationships are proof of the quality and success of our work. Annually, we carry out about 200 recruitments.

We employ 14 experienced recruitment professionals who have varied experience in business life and HR consulting.

We belong to the global IRC Global Executive Search Search Partners network, with 60 offices in 29 countries. Via the network, we can assist our international Finnish customers, as well as companies settling in Finland, in personnel selection.
