Management Audit Finland
Management Audit focuses on the evaluation of the management and the management group. The aim is to clarify the current state of management and activities, to recognise individual-specific management resources and assess each person’s development needs. The aim is to develop the activities of the entire management group at the group level.
A management audit is an individual personal assessment with customised interviews, the first of which focuses on the organisation and management culture, and the second on the manager’s individual management style and motivation. In addition to interviews, the management audit is often supported by analyses of motivation and operating style.
The point of departure of a management audit is always the company- or organisation-specific target definition: which are the issues, skills and competencies that should be assessed in the different areas of leadership.
It is usually worthwhile carrying out a management audit during various organisational changes, which may be connected to acquisitions or divestments, top management recruitments or changes of strategy within the company.
