The career development an individual and tailored assessment which aims to increase an individual’s awareness of him/herself as a member of a team and part of the working environment. Self-awareness increases a person’s ability to make conscious choices supporting one’s own motivation and working methods with regard to operating models, tasks and career. For supervisors, the feedback from the career development day offers tools to support their subordinates in the right way and at the right time.

The career development day and associated feedback creates transparency in the communication between the subordinate and the supervisor and opens new channels of communication. A shared view of the existing situation and future alternatives is created during the feedback discussion. The career development day provides excellent support for performance reviews between the subordinate and the supervisor.
