360° process

In a 360° survey, supervisors receive feedback on their activities as support for their individual development. Feedback is gathered from subordinates, colleagues, supervisors and external and internal cooperation partners.

Management competencies to be measured are selected together with the customer; when needed, we will tailor the content of the survey to correspond to the values and strategy of the company. The implementation of the survey is done conveniently and flexibly via an electronic link.

Feedback on one’s leadership skills increases self-awareness and helps to develop one’s leadership. Feedback discussion clarifies the view of strengths and development areas of leadership and development needs and the methods to achieve them are analysed.

The 360° survey is a good alternative when the work of supervisors is to be developed and the openness and transparency of the organisation is to be strengthened.
