Our Resource Services support the optimal utilisation of already existing professional capital within an organisation.

Resource Services have been designed for various target groups within the organisation, but the objective always remains the same: making the organisation and the person in question aware of their own resources – in other words, innate features and strengths as well as development areas with regard to motivation and operating style – and their sensible utilisation.

For an organisation, being aware of existing resources provides tools to utilise them; for example, in the implementation of internal transfers, successor planning as well as the development of teams and management groups. For the participant, the recognition of one’s own resources and development targets gives a direction in work and career planning as well as self-management at work.
