The schedule is customised in cooperation with each client. We strive to act quickly and rapidly, but sometimes matching the schedules of the client and applicants slows down the project. On average, an advertised search takes about 5 to 6 weeks from the publication of the advertisement. On top of this, applicants usually have a period of notice, which can vary from two weeks to several months.
