Advertised search process

An advertised search always begins with getting to know the client company, its methods of operation and the requirements of the position. We create a recruiting profile together with our client, defining the candidate’s desired work experience, expertise and way of working.

Together with the client, we select cost-effective media that reach the suitable experts. We manage the production of the job advertisement and advertisement traffic for selected media.

Appointed consultants answer the applicants’ questions and manage the handling of the applications and the preliminary selection. We present the most suitable applicants to our client and, on the basis of the applications, select with the client potential candidates to be interviewed. After this, we forward four or five candidates for assessment. On the basis of the interview and assessment, we present the most suitable ones to the client. Before the final selection made by the client, we check the applicants’ references.

Sometimes our clients want to manage some parts of the advertised search process themselves, for example, the first interviews. We shall be pleased to assist in any part of the process.

If, in some situations, it is not possible to fill the position using an advertised search, we recommend a search.

Throughout the process, we pay special attention to maintaining our clients’ employer brand. By actively informing all people who participated in the search during the process and after the selection, we do our share in helping to create a good employer image.
