Your rights in an assessment
You will receive feedback on the assessment
If you have participated in an assessment, you are entitled to receive feedback from the psychologist responsible for the process. You can reserve a time for your feedback after the assessment. Feedback is usually given by phone. As a rule, we draw up a written report on the person selected for the position and forward it to the client. Upon request, you can also have the report.
Validity and archiving of the information
The assessment results are valid for approximately one year from the assessment. The results cannot be used for any other purpose, as each assessment report is drawn up for a specific organisation and task.
The assessment material and original test forms are archived at S&S Consulting for two years, after which they are destroyed, unless a special reason or legal possibility to store them exists.
